As a nation, Japan is often characterized as a country that excels at copying what others invent while it creates very little on its own. While that argument may have some merit in the industrial sector (cars, electronic, etc…) Japan’s entertainment industry is second to none. As a Japan observer, I’m always surprised by the creativity of Japanese TV and the wacky stuff they do. Here’s one of my favorite clips.
